Multi-Compact System Conical Prosthetic Connector
The MC - multi-unit cone is a prosthetic connector element belonging to the Multi-Compact system, designed with a conical interface to provide stable and precise connection between the multi-unit platform and the superstructure. The tapered geometry enhances mechanical stability, reduces micromovements, and improves sealing, making it an ideal choice for high-load, multi-implant-supported restorations.
A key advantage of the MC system is its modular design: multiple types of tapered upper components can be screwed into the internal thread of the base cup. The conical connection ensures precise, self-centering fit between components, facilitating clinical procedures and ensuring long-term reliability.
Main Advantages:
- Conical interface: Stable, self-locking connection between the cup and the upper component.
- Part of the Multi-Compact system: Fully compatible with MC cup-type prosthetic bases.
- Modular system: A single base cup can be used with various conical heads.
- Screw-retained design: Easily replaceable and customisable prosthetic solutions.
- Biocompatible titanium: Sterilisable, long-lasting, and tissue-friendly material.
Application:
The MC - multi-unit cone is ideal for clinical situations requiring precise conical connection, prosthetic versatility, and full system compatibility. It is suitable for securing custom abutments, bridge frameworks, and full-arch restorations to Multi-Compact cup elements.
